• Locate Purchase Order Submission Page: Clicking on any of the buttons labeled "Submit Purchase Order" or using the top menu button labeled "Order", you will be located to the Purchase Order Submission page.

• Provide Course and Representative Information: Provide your name, email, phone number, and company name in the provided sections on the Purchase Order Submission page.

• Select Service Plan: From the listed option in the drop-down menu, select the service plan that best suits your courses needs.

• Select Total Annual Tee/Bag Quantity: Select the desired tee/bag quantity from the drop-down menu. Skip this section if you selected the "One-Time Purchase" or "Trial" plan. If the desired quantity is not in the provided options, choose "Other" and use the provided text box to specify the desired amount.

• Plan Your Deliveries: Select the month/months for delivery to suit your courses needs. Simply selecting the month locks in 10,000 tees or 1,000 bags. If more tees are needed for a specific month, use the provided text box to specify the amounts and months that require more than 10,000 tees.

• Select Add-ons: Select to add custom logos and depth-guidance stripes on your golf tees.

• Submit Your Order: After reviewing your order, click the "Send" button to submit your purchase order to a TerraGolf representative. Once submitted, we’ll process your order and send you a confirmation email, followed by an invoice. For Year of Service plans, you will receive an agreement document to review and sign.

• Adjust as Needed: Easily adjust your delivery schedule or add more tees to match your inventory needs. Simply submit a new Purchase Order with a note in the "Message" text box detailing the requested changes.

• Reliable Supply: Sit back and enjoy consistent, on-time delivery of high-quality tees for each selected month.

This Agreement only applies for Bulk Order and Pre-Packaged Year of Service plans.

• Agreement Required for Delivery: Product delivery can begin once the Year of Service agreement is signed.

• Purpose & Terms Defined: Clearly states the annual subscription's purpose and timeline to set expectations.

• Subscription & Payment Terms: Outlines order frequency and payment conditions ensuring transparency.

• Automatic Renewal & Modifications: Describes auto-renewal terms and the process for changes, for a smooth renewal process.

• Delivery Schedule: Defines product delivery timing and logistics for consistency.

• Cancellation & Force Majeure: Covers cancellation terms, unforeseen circumstances, and confirms both parties' acceptance of the terms.
